Interact with customers, family and friends! Add a guestbook to your WebSite Tonight® site so they can leave comments and feedback. To get your guestbook up and running, simply:

* Click ‘Guestbook’ under ‘Build Web Site’
* Set up the Guestbook Administrator login and email address

Your guestbook will be fully customizable - new comments can either be posted automatically or require your approval. There’s also a profanity filter with either predefined words or words you define, or you can use no profanity filter at all. You can even use the new color customizer to set comment and entry form colors. And to help protect your guestbook from unwanted spam, visitors are required to enter a valid email address and security code.

But there’s more! You can also now pull Online Photo Filer image galleries into your WebSite Tonight site - no more uploading to both sites. Simply upload the images to your Online Photo Filer site and you’ll pull the same images into your WebSite Tonight site, too!

Notify friends and family every time you upload photos. It’s easy once they subscribe to your Online Photo Filer RSS Feed. To subscribe, they simply click ‘Subscribe to Site’ or ‘Subscribe to [gallery name]’ and follow the instructions. Then, the next time they look at their RSS feeds, they’ll be a notified if your gallery has new photos.

But that’s not all! Online Photo Filer also displays links to galleries and individual photos. That means you can now copy links and paste them into an email. And if you’re html-savvy, you can even use the individual photo permalink and embed a photo into a Web page. To copy a link, go to the gallery and click ‘Permanent link to this page.’ When the link text displays, right-click the text and select ‘Copy.’ Or, to copy a link to a specific photo, click on the thumbnail and go to the image page. Click ‘Permanent link to this photo’ and right-click the link text before selecting ‘Copy.’ It’s easy!

Never miss a holiday again. Automatically add one or multiple holiday collections to your personal or group calendars. New Online Group Calendar gives you 29 collections to choose from (based on countries/nationalities). To get started:

1. Select Settings in Online Group Calendar
2. Select the Holiday Settings tab
3. Choose the calendar (personal or custom) that you want to display
4. Choose the collection from the drop-down
5. Click OK - the holidays will display on the calendar you have chosen

But that’s not all. If you have projects requiring work from multiple people, NEW! Task Sharing keeps everyone “in the know.” Simply add people to tasks and they will then be notified via email. Best of all, you control the permission level for each task, from read-only all the way up to complete task control. To share a task:

1. Click Add Task to create a new task or select a task to edit
2. Go to the Task Sharing tab
3. Add people who will share the task (by email address) and set their task permission level
4. Click OK

WebSite Tonight® now lets you customize your CSS templates to match your corporate color-scheme or RGB color model. You’ll be able to tailor any template with the colors of your choice. Simply choose the desired colors from a color picker (or enter RGB or Hex values for precise color matching) and then decide on a site background color that matches or complements your logo or images.
